Meet Lourdes Diaz Aldana

Planning your first office clean

Walk through the priorities

Point out the rooms you want included, the areas guests see first, and any recurring trouble spots. Mention private offices, equipment, or documents that should be left alone.

Agree on building access

Discuss the available time window, which doors or rooms need access, and any procedures your building manager requires. Share access codes through the process you agree on with Lourdes.

Set a checklist for ongoing visits

Decide which tasks belong on every visit and which can rotate. If your team moves desks, adds staff, or changes hours, revisit the checklist and schedule together.
